Purpose
Senior Business Support Manager is responsible for predefined business processes, modifying a software system or component after delivery to correct faults, improve performances or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment; as well performs adaptive maintenance by making minor modifications due to Business changes, Legal changes, Technology changes and Physical changes. Holder of the position works independently or in team on creating, maintaining and documenting the business processes based on the customer needs, using agile methods.

The “Gigabit” project is a core strategic project of the Deutsche Telekom AG. The software implements all end-to-end business processes regarding the fiber network extension in Germany, ranging from ordering processes to supplier coordination and management to network access provisioning.
The cross-functional team works closely with the development teams on their journey to DevOps. It is distributed across Slovakia and Germany. Project scale is 200+ developers distributed in Slovakia, Germany, Greece, Spain, India, Hungary and Poland. The project language is English. The Communication with the ICM is German.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Analysis and documentation of disruptions in the trouble ticket system (including routing of tickets to partner systems), Jira, Nimbus
- Quality check of error tickets for correct prioritization / correct and understandable description / completeness of the data
- Analyze and reproduce malfunctions/errors
- Retest after fixed delivery and documentation
- Checking and researching the technical concept documents • Creating visual reprocases for further analysis by the development team
- Technical assistance in developing workarounds
- Participation in professional telephone conferences - Organizing and leading technical telephone conferences
- Supporting the implementation and introduction phases
- Support the Dev/Ops way of working (for example: PIP participation)

• Analysis of possible or already occurred disruptions (root cause analysis) as part of the problem management process

Management scope

Have completed secondary education
Have relevant work experience
Have at least 5 years of experience in ICT application operation and management

Possess advanced knowledge of SQL and Java

Understand application-related business processes

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1350 € /brutto.
