Job Description
  • Provide timely human resources services to the internal clients which include liasing with HR Business Partners to ensure services meet required standards and liaison with the third party suppliers to ensure the service delivery is in meeting the requirements and expectations of the service centre
  • Track, updates and maintain of all training record timely, ensure proper record of employee training, attendance, certifications, feedback, and completion rates progress up to date
  • Close monitor of HRDC fund, ensuring its efficient utilization to maximize fund benefits through careful execution of grant & claim application in compliance with all HRDF requirements and within stipulated timelines
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all HRDF related activities for audit purpose
  • Vendor management from new vendor onboarding, evaluation and training payment facilitation
  • Research and evaluate training providers to ensure high-quality and cost effective programs
  • Source, negotiate and coordinate external training programs, workshops and certification
  • Perform data analysis and prepare detailed training reports
  • Supporting OD & Engagement the development and execution of HR related projects that drive collective success in engagement activities, onboarding briefings for new employees, in house training and any other company events effectively
  • Plan, organize and coordinate training sessions, ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement
  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by reporting manager / senior management team

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in human resources, preferable with exposure in Learning & Development
  • Fresh graduates with good academic result from recognized university are encouraged to apply
  • Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia both written and communication
  • Possess strong communication skill with ability to work with various levels of stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to maintain accurate records and data
  • Detailed oriented and attentive to details, strong analytical and problem solving skill
