Job Title: Business Sales Consultant / Tour Package Coordinator
Job Type: Full-time Permanent Role
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm.
Location: Jamia Nagar Extension, New Delhi

Job Description:
  • As a key team member, you'll handle client queries, prepare quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure top-notch travel experience for the clients.
  • Join our team and be part of selling exciting FIT packages and group tours to various destinations worldwide.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Address client requirements and queries about various travel destinations via phone and email.
  • Prepare quotations by sourcing rates from offline suppliers and online portals (TBO/Ottila/Activity
  • Beds, etc.).
  • Negotiate with suppliers and clients to create competitive travel packages.
  • Compare quotes from suppliers with rates available online to ensure the best offerings.
  • Draft professional emails with quotations and send them to clients to facilitate travel planning.

Requirements:
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Basic proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-Word.
  • Prior sales experience preferred.
