Looking forward to adding HR Executive to join the team and support in day to day activities.
The Role @ OAO India OAO India is looking for a talented HR Operations Executive (**** Candidates only) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and providing support to the HR department.
As an HR Executive you will:
  • Maintain and update employee records, such as personal information, employment status, and salary changes.
  • Process payroll and benefits administration for employees.
  • Managing Leave and attendance
  • Handle employee queries and resolve issues related to payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with recruitment team to schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
  • Assist in the coordination of training and development programs for employees.
  • Handle HR-related administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR operations and Payroll.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software (Spine).
