About the role:
Influx is seeking to hire an experienced HR Director to lead recruitment and be responsible for the Human Resources function for our key segments.
This is a remote position. You’ll be working from home, managing (either directly or through influence) a team, and helping to reinvent customer service for clients located all over the world.
At a high level, we want to;
- Establish a Human Resources department in Latin America to support and grow Influx
- Recruit and retain talented people. Making sure recruitment happens at high standards
- Own operational excellence in our Human Resources Department
- Collaborate with executives for operational alignment.
- Identify trends and make necessary forecasts and plans

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience managing people in a Human Resources department
- Experience making high-quality and strategic decisions involving
people and organizational structures
- Experience in most, if not all both hard and soft components of HR (Recruitment, Performance Management, Benefits & Compensation, Compliance, and Legal, and Employee Relations)
- Excellent planning and organizational execution skills
- Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English
- Open-mindedness, and the ability and willingness to work with people from various cultures and ways of life.
- A systematic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
