Job Description

Civil - Construction Project Coordinator
For Telecom Construction project coordinators plan, organize, and direct the activities of a construction project,

 

  • Construction project coordinators plan, organize, and direct the activities of a construction project, under the direction of a Project manager.
  • Work off-site most of the time, looking after the day-to-day responsibilities of the project. 
  • Work for construction departments, with in and must have deep knowledge and experience in materials/concrete/Asphalt. Reinstatement construction 
  • Generally, construction project coordinators:
    • Prepare contracts and negotiate changes to contracts with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
    • Develop and implement quality control programs.
    • Prepare progress reports for clients is must
  • Manage the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.
  •  Collaborate with different department subcontractors and staff and department heads
