Job description

Our client — a growing international organisation in the tech and innovation sector — is looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join its team.

This is a remote position, fully embedded in the client’s global people operations, supporting business leaders and teams with strategic HR partnership and operational excellence.

The mission is clear: to align people and performance, with clarity and care.

What you’ll do:
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to key business units, advising on people strategy, performance and growth
  • Support leaders with organisational planning, team development and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal policy frameworks
  • Drive HR initiatives in talent management, retention, engagement and wellbeing
  • Collaborate with internal HR, legal and finance teams to support smooth employee lifecycle processes
  • Contribute to a strong culture of trust, accountability and feedback across the organisation
What we expect from you:
  • 5+ years of experience in a generalist or HRBP role, ideally in fast-paced, international contexts
  • Fluency in English (mandatory); other languages are a plus
  • Solid knowledge of HR operations, employment law and people development frameworks
  • Experience supporting remote and distributed teams
  • Business acumen, empathy and the ability to advise leaders with authority and tact
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage complexity and deliver solutions
What the client offers:
  • A fully remote, full-time role with international scope
  • Direct collaboration with leadership and key stakeholders
  • Autonomy to build and improve people processes
  • A fast-growing, mission-driven culture that values clarity, context and care
  • Competitive compensation and long-term opportunity

You’ll be contracted through NovoEmprego.pt, but you’ll work as a core part of the client’s HR operation, with full integration in their team and access to key decision-making structures.
