Job description

Glint is India’s first hyperlocal company for autocare based out of Chennai. From providing doorstep car maintenance for our customers till working closely with India’s top unicorns. We’ve created a new category of car services with cutting-edge software and best-in-class operating procedures that enables hassle free car maintenance.

In the upcoming months, we have planned to launch our business in multiple cities in India. And also, are working closely with India’s top unicorns and building our other verticals.The upcoming months will be full of growth and finding the best potentials to grow faster with us.

We are hiring a Fleet manager for our B2C vertical. As a fleet manager, you will be responsible for scheduling, analyzing data, handling escalations and relationship management with our car care partners.

What will you do at GLINT?

  1. Maintaining relationships and retention with both car care partners and customers.
  2. Coordinating with the material (inventory/stock) management with the vendor. 
  3. Coordinating with the team in scheduling for the partner. Matching capacity planning (CP) numbers with daily orders. 
  4. Involving in daily operational work.
  5. Resolving customer queries and complaints.
  6. Making field visits to ensure proper work deliveries in the area. 
  7. Maintaining master sheets for complaints/bookings/orders. 
  8. Monitoring partners training among new joiners. 
  9. Maintaining data on material distribution among the partners. 
  10.  Ability to conduct cost analysis and work with metrics.
  11. Focusing and reducing customer Complaints.  

Preferred candidates

  1. Atleast 2-5 years of work experience in Operations from hyperlocal/doorstep delivery companies will be preferred. 
  2. Advance knowledge in excel is a must. 
  3. Knowledge on working with G-suite is a must.
  4. Experience in last mile delivery is a must. 
  5. Experience working in material stock management. 
  6. Flexible to work in early morning shift timing and rotational week offs. 
  7. Expertise in order management, working with metrics will be preferred.
