Job Title-UX Designer
Educational Qualification- Bachelor's/Master's in Design, UX Certification
About the Job/Job Description-
1. Work closely with the Strategist, UI Designer, Developers and Product Manager.
2. Work alongside designers, product managers, researchers and subject matter experts in a collaborative team-oriented environment to create new products, features and functionality.
3. Have an expert-level knowledge of responsive UI design methodology and processes (user centered and iterative design).
4. Familiar with objects of UX Research activities.
5. Rapidly iterate through journey maps, storyboards, user flows, sketches, wireframes, and other design artifacts to effectively communicate interaction and a dynamic content strategy.
6. Mentor and lead a design team in their personal and collaborative growth.
7. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
8. Experience in conducting Design Audits.
9. Planning and Envisioning objects of UX Research activities.
10. Establish efficient processes that allow the team to deliver on multiple strategic initiatives in parallel.
11. Participate in quarterly planning and an end-to-end design process.
12. Manage design team on operational and innovation aspects.
13. Prepare UX documentation to be used by the development team.
Key Responsibilities-
1. Well-developed technical and creative skills. Knowledge of UI and UX design, prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or equivalent software.
2. Knowledge of wireframe tools for 2D & 3D. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Well-organized working experience, Time management. Familiar with 3D concepts, Basic skill of Unity 3D / Blender / 3DMax.
3. Remarkable interpersonal and presentation skills. Knowledge of using MS Office 365 tools.
4. Experience in developing interfaces for Physical consumer products is highly preferred. Experience in working on B2C, B2B products is highly preferred.
