  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on employee attendance.
  • Conduct initial interviews and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Review company policies and ensure legal compliance.

Job description

- At least 6 months of experience of Human Resource Management
- Handling Payroll activities.
- Managing employees leave records
- Generating Weekly and Monthly reports of employees punches and timings
- Searching for candidates from job portals, scheduling & conducting initial interviews & sharing feedback for next round.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel is required
- Managing the grievances, leave requests, advance requests & queries of staff and reporting.
- Conducting joining, orientation process of new joiners & handling exit formalities
- Managing the employee documents, details and keeping records of increment, decrement and transfer.
- Managing events in office
- Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
- Handling office admin tasks as and when required
