Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Industrial Production, Automotive, or Electrical fields., 7+ years of experience in Teamcenter Support within a global engineering organization., Proficient in resolving issues in applications like NX, Zuken E3, PCAD, and I-Deas., Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills..
Key responsibilities:
Address Teamcenter issues raised by the global engineering community within SLAs.
Manage licenses for all applications supported by CAE Services.
Conduct performance testing for new CAD product releases.
Create new Teamcenter user accounts and train users on application enhancements after CAD releases.
