Job Description :

The Project Manager in Wealth Management is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various digital initiatives within the wealth management division of an organization. This role involves working closely with various teams, including Product owners, developers, technology, compliance, marketing and senior management, to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The individual must possess excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to drive the success of initiatives that support the business''s strategic objectives.

- For new initiatives, define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with squad members and stakeholders.

- Create an executive summary and lead the RFP process for vendor finalization

- Develop detailed user stories, including timelines, dependencies to ensure backlog are created and updated - Identify and secure necessary approvals, both internal and external, to ensure project success. Education and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (required).

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in agile working environment within the financial services sector, preferably in wealth management.

- Experience in Crypto and FX Trading platforms.

- Professional agile management certification is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of wealth management products, services, and industry regulations.

- Proficiency in agile management tools (e.g., Azure, JIRA).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
