POSITION
In this position, we are looking to add a highly experienced individual to adhere to a superior level of technical expertise and customer service professionalism on Parachute’s IT Deployments team. This position is fully remote. The Deployments team is part of the Parachute Support Desk and is responsible for onboarding and offboarding client employees and computers.
Deployments team members are located in both the US and Philippines and is an essential part of our company. Day-to-Day activities include working on escalations, coordinating internal mini projects and supporting the IT Deployments lead and team as needed. This is a fantastic career opportunity for a proactive, highly motivated individual who wants to utilize his or her current tech skills and leadership knowledge. The ideal candidate will have solid tech skills, with the ability to quickly and efficiently triage issues.
