We are looking for a Global Marketing Senior Specialist to lead our marketing initiatives, develop high-impact campaigns, and drive audience engagement across channels. Key Responsibilities

1. Cross-Channel Campaign Management

  • Translate commercial goals in strategic marketing initiatives to generate demand

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and offline channels.

  • Identify content opportunities in various formats (e.g., videos, blogs, webinars) to engage audiences and strengthen brand presence.

  • Implement strategies that attract, nurture, and convert leads into loyal customers.

2. Events Strategy & Collaboration

  • Partner with the Events Manager to produce seamless, on-brand messaging for trade shows and company-led events.

  • Oversee content creation and marketing for events to align with overall campaign goals.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Align marketing efforts with sales and channel owners to optimize results.

4. Data-Driven Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations, continually refining and optimizing marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Strong passion for sports (required).

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Experience

  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing or related fields.

  • Success in managing cross-channel campaigns from ideation to execution and reporting (required)

  • Experience in B2B marketing (required)

  • Strong copywriting skills across digital channels (e.g., social media, email, web, and product messaging).
