We are seeking a creative and strategic Recruiting Marketing Specialist to enhance our recruitment efforts through engaging social media and compelling content.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to attract top talent.
Create and manage content for various platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to highlight job openings and company culture.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaigns.
Design and produce marketing materials such as videos, graphics, and blog posts.
Engage with potential candidates through social media interactions and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing.
