Job Description

As an Affiliate Manager, you will lead the online sales strategy for AdStart Media's Affiliate Program. You will recruit and manage top affiliates, build strong relationships with them, and optimize their performance across various performance models and traffic types. You will also use your online marketing expertise to implement best practices and drive results. 

You should have a solid background in affiliate and programmatic advertising, hands-on experience with key platforms and tools and a passion for growing our business. YOUR MAIN DUTIES: 

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across CPI, CPA (CPR, CPS, CPT, CPE) models.
  • Work with both non-incentivized and incentivized (rewarded/offerwalls) traffic types.
  • Handle an average of 10 clients, with the flexibility to manage up to 20% more.
  • Possess an AdNetwork mindset with a focus on performance optimization and strategic growth.
  • Finding and recruiting top affiliates and publishers in relevant niches.
  • Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with key affiliates and networks.
  • Setting and managing revenue growth goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly revenue and profit targets.
  • Negotiating various payout models with affiliates, such as CPI, CPA (CPR, CPS, CPT, CPE) models.
  • Consulting with affiliates regularly to help them optimize their performance and promote additional products/ services.
  • Researching and analyzing industry trends and opportunities.
  • Training and mentoring junior staff members.
  • Analyzing reports and feedback to improve strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborating with the product development team to identify and promote high-performing offers.
  • Screening affiliates for fraud prevention.
  • Traveling to trade shows to network and close deals.

Qualifications
  • English fluency is a must
  • 3+ years of prior experience in Media or Affiliate Marketing.
  • Strong working knowledge of Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Singular, and Adjust is a MUST.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms like Affise, Everflow, Swaarm, etc., is a MUST.
  • In-depth understanding of metrics, KPIs, optimizations, and macros/parameters.
  • Proficient in campaign setup, tracking URLs, and integrations (API / S2S).
  • Solid knowledge of CTA (Click-through Attribution) and VTA (View-through Attribution) concepts.
  • Familiarity with CTV, OneLinks, and Agency Handshakes is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with p360, raw data reports, and understanding ROI/ROAS.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, particularly in affiliate marketing and programmatic advertising.
  • Knowledge of the difference between VTA and impressions-only passing.
  • Highly organized and exceptional time management
  • Positive outlook and ability to influence and persuade others in a positive manner
  • Ability to build reports and tables in Google Sheets and Excels
