What you'll do here:
  • Provide outstanding billing support to partners, students, and internal teams
  • Ensure flawless resolution of billing inquiries, disputes, and issues
  • Collaborate closely with the accounting, finance, revenue recognition, and ERP technology teams to determine and implement billing improvements
  • Adhere to billing protocols, procedures, and timelines
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through efficient service

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Business partner and billing contact setup and maintenance
  • Processing billing adjustments
  • Handling invoice and billing statement requests
  • Supporting monthly invoicing run activities

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

$20.00 - $23.00 USD
