The Influencer Partnerships Specialist will be responsible for building and managing influential brand partnerships through both influencer marketing and affiliate marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with the social media team to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all channels.
Expected Outcomes for this position:
Grow affiliate sales and influencer campaigns reach month-over-month.
Maintain a high level of brand alignment and quality in all external communications
2+ years of experience in influencer marketing and/or affiliate marketing
Proven track record of building successful brand partnership programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with external partners
Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and draw insights
Creative mindset to develop innovative partnership activations
Adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and influencer marketing tools
Knowledge of effective social media strategies a plus
Influencer Outreach and Collaboration:
Experience identifying, vetting, and recruiting influencers and affiliates that align with brand values and target audience
Ability to cultivate strong relationships with influencers and manage ongoing partnerships
