Job description

We are looking for a Junior HR People Partner, who is eager to grow and deepen their expertise in HR. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of core HR processes, develop within a supportive team, and shape your path toward vertical growth in the field.

In this role, you will
  • Organize pre-boarding, onboarding, and adaptation processes
  • Create and regularly update specialist profiles in internal systems
  • Manage timeshare tracking to ensure accurate cost accounting
  • Record day-off information for the finance team
  • Maintain and update benefits records
  • Process specialists' training course requests
  • Improve and support the internal online library

  • It’s all about you
  • 6+ months of experience in HR (HR Generalist, Office Manager, Happiness Manager, or similar roles)
  • Confident use of Google tools and HRM systems
  • Basic understanding of pre-boarding, onboarding, and adaptation processes
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English
  • Ability to follow instructions with strong attention to detail
  • Clear and friendly communication style (both written and verbal)
  • Strong business communication skills
  • Flexibility, optimistic mindset
  • Rational empathy and people-centered thinking
  • Readiness to work with checklists, manage deadlines, and follow up
  • Literacy and accuracy in writing and formatting messages
  • Fast learner with a proactive attitude
