We are looking for a Junior HR People Partner, who is eager to grow and deepen their expertise in HR. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of core HR processes, develop within a supportive team, and shape your path toward vertical growth in the field.

In this role, you will
Organize pre-boarding, onboarding, and adaptation processes
Create and regularly update specialist profiles in internal systems
Manage timeshare tracking to ensure accurate cost accounting
Record day-off information for the finance team
Maintain and update benefits records
Process specialists' training course requests
Improve and support the internal online library
It’s all about you
6+ months of experience in HR (HR Generalist, Office Manager, Happiness Manager, or similar roles)
Confident use of Google tools and HRM systems
Basic understanding of pre-boarding, onboarding, and adaptation processes
Upper-Intermediate level of English
Ability to follow instructions with strong attention to detail
Clear and friendly communication style (both written and verbal)
Strong business communication skills
Flexibility, optimistic mindset
Rational empathy and people-centered thinking
Readiness to work with checklists, manage deadlines, and follow up
Literacy and accuracy in writing and formatting messages
Fast learner with a proactive attitude
