🚀 Who Are We Seeking?

We’re currently looking for a fractional Marketing Advisor – a strategic partner who can support our team with around 5 hours of engagement per week.

This is not a hands-on or full-time role. We’re looking for someone who can bring clarity, focus, and direction to a small but ambitious marketing team navigating rebranding, organizational change, and a redefined growth strategy. Ideally, you understand the SaaS environment and startup dynamics – how to move fast, prioritize, and build marketing foundations that scale.

👉 Two things are non-negotiable for us:

  1. Deep experience in B2B Demand Generation — you must know how to build and scale enterprise-level demand gen programs (ABM, content strategy, intent-based targeting, and lead nurturing).
     
  2. A proven track record of advising small marketing teams to success — we’re looking for someone with a real playbook, not theory. You should have helped similar teams grow.

💡 Ideally, You Would Have:
 

  • Experience advising or leading in complex B2B/B2B2B settings, especially with lean teams
     
  • Confidence in developing positioning and messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers across technical, procurement, and C-level audiences
     
  • Ability to build marketing pipelines from scratch, track performance, and tie activity back to revenue
     
  • Experience guiding teams through brand evolution while maintaining momentum and morale
     
  • Bonus: familiarity with partner/channel marketing or customer lifecycle marketing
     
  • A pragmatic approach — you can deliver real value in a limited time, guide without micromanaging, and ask the right questions to help teams move forward with clarity
