ZMedia develops and implements the marketing strategy across various paid channels including Video, Audio, Digital, Audio, Search and Social to achieve both brand and performance goals. We help people discover Zillow and connect them to our tools and services, ultimately guiding them to their next home. The team is collaborative, data-informed and innovative. We work with a wide range of partners to support business objectives and deliver high-performing marketing campaigns.

About the role

We are seeking a new team member who is: motivated by consumer marketing, has the skills, knowledge and expertise to help develop new and effective media plans, believes that paid media can simultaneously drive performance and build a brand, enjoys new challenges, and hopes to expand the depth and breadth of their media planning and activation skills! 


 

YOU WILL GET TO: 

-  Support the development of best-in-class paid media campaigns

-  Handle day-to-day activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brief.

-  Gain a clear understanding of customers' perspective within line-of-business and how this relates to larger Zillow Group objectives.

-  Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with internal/external teams and agency partners; ensuring positive, productive relationships

-  Coordinate brand media budgets, flowcharts and media authorizations

-  Develop and coordinate internal process documents, including work back schedules and status reports

-  Lead in-house digital campaign management through tagging implementation and QA, plus process documentation.

-  Coordinate creative trafficking and internal creative documentation

-  Report and analyze campaign performance to drive optimization. 

-  Dive into competitor monitoring and share out findings with the broader team/organization

-  Keep your finger on the pulse of media industry trends, technology, and vendors to help build compelling cases for future investment.

This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any part of Mexico, but preferably in Mexico City, as we would encourage attendance for occasional in-office events.

In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.

-  A strong communicator and collaborator; able to build successful relationships with cross-functional internal teams, external agency partners, and third parties.

-  Excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; capable of adjusting to evolving business requirements.

-  Excellent project management, organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to coordinate multiple projects against multiple (tight) timelines, at once.


 

QUALIFICATIONS

1-3 years experience creating and running US consumer-facing paid media campaigns

-  Experience in planning and activating all media channels, including linear and digital video, audio, out-of-home, display, paid social, etc. 

-  Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to synthesize data and analytics to understand performance and drive optimization.

-  Experience working with advertising and analytics software and tools (i.e., Google Analytics, Google Campaign Manager, Facebook Ad Manager, iSpot etc.) a plus. 

-  Agency experience is a plus.
