INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Project Planner to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Field Services to achieve excellence in service delivery across industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and Utilities. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating site teams, managing financial and commercial operations, and ensuring smooth administrative execution to support uninterrupted field service delivery. What You’ll Lead and Deliver

  • Collaborate with O&M Management to meet operational targets.
  • Maintain site coverage and rotational planning to ensure uninterrupted contract delivery and compliance with SAI standards.
  • Coordinate site schedules to ensure 100% compliance with staffing and coverage requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to internal/external audits, QHSE standards, and client feedback mechanisms.
  • Collect and compile monthly and quarterly reports with inputs from site teams and Leads.
  • Assist in internal expense tracking and effective use of SSAS tools.
  • Liaise with Logistics and HR teams for team onboarding, deployment, and site rotations.
  • Monitor project finances, including payment tracking, purchase orders, invoicing, and statements while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Prepare Work-In-Progress (WIP) and monthly management reports independently.
  • Develop dashboards for financial and operational insights.
  • Conduct P&L analysis and maintain costing sheets, budgets, and financial approvals in coordination with the O&M Manager.
  • Verify and process vendor invoices for timely payment.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and receivables across all operational regions in line with contract terms.
  • Reconcile financial records and system reports; produce monthly account analysis and summaries.



Requirements

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Telecom).
  • Minimum 3+ years in project planning/administration; 1–3 years of team rotation and administrative planning experience.
  • Proficient in MS Project or equivalent planning software; advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
  • Proven experience in financial tracking, reporting, and commercial administration.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HSE standards and safety protocols.
  • High integrity with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
