Description

We’re looking for a hands-on and driven Junior Marketing Manager to join our team and take ownership of key marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is ready to step up, lead projects, and make a real impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll work across multiple marketing channels, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and be actively involved in both strategy and execution.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, content, social media, events, and PR to support business objectives
  • Create and manage marketing content including blog posts, newsletters, case studies, webinars, and internal materials
  • Own and maintain brand consistency across digital channels, including the website and social platforms
  • Analyze campaign and website performance data to inform and optimize future efforts
  • Collaborate with sales, product and support teams to develop tailored marketing collateral, presentations, and outreach campaigns
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of events and conferences, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up
  • Support inbound and outbound lead generation efforts, ensuring leads are properly tracked and nurtured through CRM systems
  • Create internal training materials to help teams communicate product and marketing updates clearly to clients
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and propose creative ideas to improve marketing performance and reach



Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field- Must 
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Must
  • High attention to detail and a self-starter mindset
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and timelines
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as CMS platforms, email marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics dashboards
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • B2B marketing experience, especially in tech or hospitality sectors- A plus
  • Experience with tools like Zoho, Webflow, Figma, Canva, or Google Analytics- A plus
  • Previous involvement in event planning or webinar execution- A plus
