  • Open new accounts and develop the distribution chain in the wood constructions sector.
  • Support business partners by demonstrating products to end users and managing the sales process.
  • Ensure regular contact with customers to promote products and follow up on new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of the new line of Milwaukee products dedicated to the Wood Constructions Industry
  • Opening new accounts in the Wood Constructions Industry
  • Development of the distribution chain dedicated to wood constructions
  • Support business partners in selling the dedicated line to end user by demonstrating range of products to end user
  • Plan and manage own selling process (presentations, offering, price and contracts negotiations)
  • Train & educate end users in the performance advantage and safe use of Milwaukee products
  • Ensure that all Company products and services are continually promoted through regular contact with existing customers and prospects and follow up leads for new business opportunities
  • Close cooperation with marketing team

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Minimum 4 years’ successful selling experience (achieving targets) with strong emphasis on end user/commercial sales
  • Ideally experience in/knowledge of wood construction industry, preferably with tools and services
  • Determination to build a career with a forward-thinking business
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship building skills both internally and externally
  • Self-motivated and able to recognise new business opportunities
  • Excellent planning and time management/priorities skills
  • Strong IT skills e.g. CRM, SAP, QlikView, MS Office, PowerPoint, Internet other tools to analyse prices/sales activity in Internet etc
  • English – B2 level (minimum)
  • Technical education (an advantage)
  • Clean Driving License
