Job description

Job Overview:

This position requires a highly motivated and adaptable individual to oversee office administration and I-T support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to seamlessly adapt to changing priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the asset inventory system, ensuring accurate tracking of all hardware and software assets.
Oversee the issuance, return, and replacement of laptops and other assets for employees.
Conduct periodic audits of assets to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
Support and lead internal audits from an assets perspectives
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, warranty claims, and servicing of asset equipment.

Manage Google Workspace accounts, including user creation, role assignments, and deactivation during onboarding/offboarding.
Ensure proper access control and monitor account activities to maintain security.

Assist in resolving asset related issues related to hardware, software, and account management, with support from the vendor.
Manage and coordinate in-office events, meetings, and conferences.
Manage travel bookings for team members and other arrangements for events
Monitor office supplies and inventory
Support various functions with document filing and organization
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system requirements and concerns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in asset management and Admin role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft office.
Knowledge of asset inventory tools and systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with I-T and admin policies and compliance standards.
