The Role:

The Early Careers and Campus team is a dynamic team that supports a high volume of hiring surrounding the Campus, Internship and Fixed Term Placement programs throughout the year.

As an AMS Campus Recruitment Coordinator, you will provide efficient and flexible support to the recruitment process as part of the Campus Recruitment Team.

You'll coordinate recruiting activities and develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stake holders. The campus coordinator will also be expected to support the Campus Center of Excellence.


Key Accountabilities:


What you’ll be doing:

  • Generating offer letters, monitoring compliance, moving candidates through steps in Workday.
  • Processing large amounts of candidates/hires (150 per week average) in Workday.
  • Managing account specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system and offer and onboarding.
  • Managing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (i.e. pre-employment screening vendor) and other account stakeholders.
  • Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes.
  • Management of day-to-day queries relating their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary.
  • Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team.


Skills & Experience:

  • One to two years of HR Coordinator/Recruitment admin experience.
  • Effective English business communication skills, written and oral.
  • Workday Recruiting Platform experience is required.
  • Problem solver, proactive, organized, and resourceful
  • Thrives in an ambiguous environment and has the ability to manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft office skills (Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • The ability to work as a team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, flexible and collaborative work environment
  • Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, and experience of presenting to senior clients/stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload, and exercise sound judgment
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation, resilience and ability to deal with ambiguity
