The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Business Development Executive with a strong background in the recruitment industry. You’ve worked in or with a recruitment agency and understand the pace, the value of strong client relationships, and the importance of consistent pipeline development. You're motivated by results and enjoy the challenge of opening new doors.

This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of bringing in new business, who thrives on autonomy, and ideally brings an existing client base or network that can translate into immediate traction.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the recruitment market

+ Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business

+ Pitch recruitment solutions to prospective clients, tailoring offerings to their needs

+ Leverage your network and market knowledge to secure job orders from new and returning clients

+ Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure seamless service delivery and strong client outcomes

+ Stay informed about market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activity

+ Track and report on business development activity and progress toward growth targets

+ Contribute to the overall growth strategy and success of the business

What We’re Looking For:

+ Prior experience in a recruitment firm in a business development or client acquisition capacity

+ A proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets

+ Strong understanding of the recruitment process (experience as a 360 recruiter is a plus, but not required)

+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

+ Ability to work independently in a remote setup while staying connected to the broader team

+ An existing book of business or a strong professional network is a significant asset

+ Driven, self-starting, and entrepreneurial mindset
