Job description

Senior Delivery Manager         .

Location: Remote

Industry: Technology and Public Safety Solutions

Mutualink is a leading provider of advanced communication and collaboration solutions designed for public safety, emergency management, and homeland security. We pride ourselves on innovation, reliability, and a commitment to making communities safer. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Delivery Manager to join our team and drive growth and expansion for our business.

We’re accelerating from single-site installs to a portfolio of parallel, partner-assisted deployments. To protect margins and customer confidence, we need a delivery leader who can own P&L, time, budget and

scope while guiding clients through OneSDLC, ATO and FedRAMP checkpoints.

As the Senior Delivery Manager at Mutualink, you’ll own the end-to-end program / project management lifecycle—from Statement of Work (SOW) sign-off to Period-of-Performance (POP) close-out—for a growing portfolio of public-safety cloud and hardware solutions. You’ll drive the plan, the financials and the customer conversation.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Planning

  •  Build integrated roadmaps, WBS and baseline schedules across hardware, software and cyber tracks.

  • Maintain living program plans in Salesforce / MS Project; manage scope creep via formal CRs.

Portfolio & P&L Control

  •  Forecast labor / cloud run-rate; track budget vs. earned value each sprint.

  • Re-baseline or escalate when margin, schedule or cash burn veer off target.

Contract & Compliance

  • Translate SOW/POP requirements into deliverable checklists.

  • Lead toll-gates, ATO packages and FedRAMP evidence reviews; keep POA&M current.

Customer Communications

  • Chair weekly executive touch-points; publish Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) and 14-day look-ahead.

  • Own issue resolution and “voice of the customer” feedback loops across agencies, partners and internal teams.

Scope / Time / Budget Triad

  • Hit on-time milestone rate.

  • Keep scope, time and budget within agreed tolerances; negotiate CRs when business value warrants.

Continuous Improvement

  • Mentor PMs, BAs and cyber analysts.

  • Standardize dashboards for backlog burn-down, install cycle time and customer NPS.

Qualifications:

  • 7 + yrs program / project management of secure cloud or hybrid solutions.

  • Proven ownership of P&L, scope, schedule and budget across a multi-project portfolio.

  • Hands-on leader for OneSDLC/ELC, statement-of-work compliance and POP tracking.

  • Delivered ≥ 5 ATO or FedRAMP authorisations; understands IAM, logging andDevSecOps pipelines

  • Agile-certified (Scrum, Kanban) plus PMP, PRINCE2 or PMI-ACP; comfortable teaching the playbook.

  • Tool stack: Jira, MS Project / Smartsheet, Confluence, Splunk, ServiceNow or Salesforce.

  • Polished communicator with CIOs, CISOs and field users; excels at relationship-building and hard-news delivery.

Why Mutualink?

  • Be part of a forward-thinking company dedicated to advancing public safety and emergency communication solutions.

  • Opportunities for career advancement and professional development within a growing organization.

  • Contribute to projects that have a direct impact on community safety and emergency response.

  • Attractive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and performance-based incentives. If you are motivated, experienced and looking to make a significant impact in the technology and public safety sectors, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Mutualink.

Compensation:
