Job description

Gravyty is an EdTech SaaS company dedicated to transforming the way institutions engage students, alumni, and donors. Following our recent merger and the unification of our platform, we’re expanding our team to support our next stage of growth. We’re looking for a data-driven, insight-focused, and impact-oriented Product Marketing Analyst to join our growing team.
If you're curious, analytical, and passionate about turning insights into action, this role is a great opportunity to learn, contribute, and make a meaningful difference in how we bring our platform to market and support student, alumni, and donor success.
You’ll join a high-impact product marketing team alongside a Product Marketing Manager and Customer Marketing Director, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C SaaS—ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment—who wants to grow quickly and influence strategic decisions.
This is a fully remote role and can be held by an employee living in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze product usage, adoption metrics, campaign performance, and customer behavior to uncover actionable insights
  • Own win/loss analysis across new deals and renewals – gather feedback, identify patterns, and deliver insights to improve positioning, retention, and conversion
  • Research competitors, customer needs, and market trends to inform positioning, messaging, and product strategy
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to analyze CRM data, buyer trends, and feedback loops
  • Drive competitive intelligence efforts, with battlecard creation, and market monitoring
  • Partner with PMM to shape go-to-market plans, messaging frameworks, and launch retrospectives
  • Partner with Customer Marketing to identify engagement trends and churn/expansion signals
  • Package insights into clear, visual reports for Product, Marketing, and GTM stakeholders
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track product, marketing, and customer lifecycle KPIs
  • Recommend new tools, dashboards, and processes to optimize marketing and product performance
  • Assist with in-app messaging and product and feature announcements

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a product marketing, product, research, or analytics role in a SaaS company
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills — you know how to extract insights and tell a story with data
  • Comfortable with analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Mixpanel, Gainsight, Salesforce)
  • Excellent communicator — able to distill complexity and present findings to diverse stakeholders
  • Highly organized and proactive; you take ownership and follow through on ideas
  • A collaborative team player who’s eager to learn and contribute
  • Bonus: Experience in EdTech, Education markets, or B2B SaaS
