Position Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in logistics operations, customs regulations, and supply chain, with a strong background in working with top-tier logistics companies or experience in logistics/operations roles.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee and manage logistics operations across Europe and the UK, including 3PL warehouse, road, airfreight, and sea freight coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Operations:

o Oversee end-to-end logistics processes, including road, airfreight and sea freight operations.
o Ensure efficient supply chain coordination and delivery across the EU and UK.

Customs Compliance:

o Ensure compliance with EU customs and UK customs regulations.
o Manage customs documentation, clearance processes, and any import/export requirements.

3PL Coordination:

o Collaborate with 3PL warehouse providers to ensure inventory accuracy and smooth operations.
o Monitor performance and service levels, implementing improvements when necessary.

Process Optimization:

o Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics operations and reduce costs.

o Identify and resolve logistical bottlenecks in the supply chain.

Stakeholder Communication:

o Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.
o Provide regular updates to stakeholders on shipment statuses and supply chain performance.

Qualifications
• Proven experience working in logistics operations or at one of the top 10 global logistics companies minimum 5 years.
• Extensive knowledge of EU customs and UK customs regulations.
• Strong background in managing airfreight, road and sea freight operations.
• Experience working with 3PL warehouses and managing third-party providers.
• Ability to work remotely and manage operations independently during UK business hours.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Certifications in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CILT) are a plus.
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools for operations management.

The candidate must be based in Luzon, Philippines.

Duty schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM UK Time
