Job description

We are seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead in Java, React, node.js and AWS. They should be hands on and have extensive experience in handling projects from scratch involving POCs / analysis design etc
• Rapidly prototype and develop scalable full-stack applications.
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical strategy.
• Tackle diverse technical challenges, including image processing and data-intensive workflows.
• Adapt quickly to new domains and project scopes.

Experience: 12-16 yrs

Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Java, React, node.js and AWS
- Deep expertise in AWS (e.g., Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, ECS, CloudFormation).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and DevOps best practices.
