THE ROLE

In this role, you'll be a key player in our customer lifecycle, ensuring seamless contract renewals and contributing directly to our retention and revenue goals. You'll collaborate closely with Customer Success, Legal, and Finance teams to manage timelines, negotiate terms, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

YOU WILL

  • Manage a portfolio of client renewals end-to-end each month, identifying and helping mitigate roadblocks at an early stage, ensuring successful, on-time completion of processes and contract execution.
  • Specific responsibilities include:
    • Trigger introductory e-mails at least 60 days in advance of client renewal date
    • Send agreements to clients via DocuSign
    • Ensure timely follow-ups for all client renewals within your portfolio
    • Schedule and facilitate client meetings as-needed
    • Record all client communications to Salesforce
    • Promptly escalate non-responsive or disengaged clients
    • Populate tracking tool with all updates
    • Finalize Renewals by updating Netsuite and Salesforce

Compensation Information

Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and location is $65,000 to $70,000 per year. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance and is not guaranteed.
