About the Role

Weʼre looking for an experienced Senior Python Backend Developer who already worked with the langchain framework . Youʼll be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing backend services, APIs, and integrations to support scalable applications.

This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in FastAPI, langchain, MongoDB, and Python 3.11, along with a solid understanding of the agent programming. Youʼll work collaboratively to build a reliable, maintainable, and scalable chatbot application while ensuring top-notch security and performance.

Location: Fully remote
Rate: Based on experience

Key Responsibilities

API Development with FastAPI

Design and build efficient API endpoints.

Implement API Gateway and request parallelization.

Database Optimization (MongoDB)

Write optimized queries using MongoDBʼs official Python library.

Chatbot Architecture & Development

Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure chatbot services.

Testing & Security

Write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability.

Scalability & Performance

Optimize database performance and API response times.

Implement caching and request parallelization strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

Experience: 5+ years as a Python backend developer.

Python: Strong experience with Python 3.11+ and the langchain framework.

FastAPI: In-depth knowledge of API development, authentication, and parallelized requests.

MongoDB: Strong experience with schema design, query optimization, and best practices.

Security: Strong understanding of secure coding practices.

Version Control: Proficiency in Git and Git workflows.

Language & Location Requirements

Fluent in French, good level in technical English.

Timezone: Paris, France.
