Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours/week, flexible schedule as long as there is some overlap with the client's business hours

Client Timezone: US Central (Dallas, TX)

Scope:

  • 20 hours per week with potential to transition to full-time

Job Description

As an Influencer Discovery Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying and evaluating social media talent for leading DTC brands. This role combines creative assessment with strategic thinking as you discover influencers who perfectly align with brand requirements. You’ll leverage your understanding of social media trends and content creation to identify potential brand ambassadors who can create authentic connections with audiences. This position offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of influencer marketing while working with innovative brands.


Responsibilities:
  • Search internal database and social media platforms to identify potential influencers based on specific brand criteria

  • Evaluate influencer profiles and content to assess fit with brand requirements

  • Source and qualify 25 influencers per month per brand

  • Follow detailed search parameters including follower count, niche, and other specific metrics

  • Document and organize influencer discoveries for brand review
