Our Creative Team is the heartbeat of our business, crafting compelling narratives and visuals that resonate with our diverse user base. We're looking for an Outsource & Influencer Manager to expand and manage a diverse network of external creative talent - from motion designers and copywriters to social media creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You'll play a key role in discovering, onboarding, and coordinating contributors who support and scale our creative efforts.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Talent Sourcing: Identify, approach, and attract high-potential creative professionals - including designers, copywriters, and social media (UGC) creators - who align with our goals and needs.

  • Pre-Evaluation: Review portfolios and content to assess creative quality and fit, using predefined criteria and collaborating with subject matter experts for final selection.

  • Onboarding & Briefing: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by aligning external contributors with performance guidelines, creative expectations, and project objectives.

  • Contracting & Admin: Oversee contracts, payment processes, and compliance to ensure a seamless and professional experience for all collaborators.

  • Collaboration Planning: Partner with internal teams to understand upcoming project needs, align external resources accordingly, and ensure timely delivery of assets.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with freelancers and creators to foster loyalty, reliability, and continuous collaboration.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on contributor performance, project efficiency, and outsourcing impact using dashboards and structured feedback loops.

  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine sourcing, onboarding, and collaboration workflows to support scale, speed, and quality in creative delivery.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 3+ years in a similar role, ideally within a creative, marketing, or UGC-focused environment. Familiarity with creative production workflows (especially in visual or motion design) is essential to evaluate talent and collaborate effectively with internal experts.

  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written skills, capable of building rapport with both internal teams and external partners.

  • Organization: Strong project management and multitasking abilities; you can juggle multiple creative tracks while keeping deadlines and standards on point.

  • Strategic Thinking: A systems thinker with the ability to design and improve scalable collaboration models.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using project management tools and platforms for discovering creators and talents.

  • Attention to Detail: Precision in managing briefs, contracts, timelines, and final deliverables.
