This is a remote position.

Job Overview:

      Are you organized, tech-savvy, and great at follow-ups? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Admin Virtual Assistant who can jump in part-time (with potential to go full-time) to support a busy team with follow-ups and admin tasks. You'll be the human touch after our AI agents make the first call — managing text, email, and phone follow-ups, plus handling backend systems and keeping everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow-Up Specialist: Manage follow-ups with leads via call, text, and email after AI agents make the initial contact.
  • Admin Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, tracking communications, organizing files, and updating CRMs.
  • Go High Level Savvy: Use Go High Level to manage workflows, pipeline updates, and automated messaging.
  • Dial Pad Pro: Confidently use dialer tools to manage outbound/inbound communications and keep records updated.
  • Cold Calling Know-How: Support occasional cold calling tasks or call backs when needed to keep leads warm and engaged.
