This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Part-time (10 hours per week)
  • Remote position with flexible hours during business time, M-F between 9am and 6pm

Job Overview

  • Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and related financial systems
  • Oversee timesheet collection and verification for research team members
  • Prepare and organize documentation for potential audits
  • Support payroll processing and financial record-keeping
  • Ensure all financial activities align with federal grant requirements
  • Collaborate with leadership team on financial planning and reporting
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems for all financial documentation
