We are seeking Senior Manager, Global Trade (GT), who will support the Consent Agreement Program Office (CAPO). In this role, you will participate in multiple digital technology enhancement and deployment initiatives while supporting CAPO Leadership with informative analytics reports and products. You will act both independently and as part of a cross-business unit team to represent Raytheon in the formulation and deployment of global trade digital technology (DT) solutions to both foreign and domestic locations.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a high-energy, high-visibility, fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple business units and functions. Please note that this role requires a fluid mindset to respond rapidly and effectively as objectives and requirements are defined and modified by the Special Compliance Officer, auditors and other officials.
What You Will Do:
- Support the Lead for the Automated Export Compliance System (AECS)/DT Systems value stream which may include:
- Management of DT projects for tool enhancement and deployment.
- Providing functional and technical support to DT and GT partners.
- Management and monitoring of subcontractors and individuals supporting from other internal/external organizations.
- Support other workstream leads in a similar capacity.
- Data analytics in support of critical project objectives, to include: Collecting data from multiple sources, data cleansing, analyzing trends/patterns, identifying metrics/KPIs, interpreting data, presenting findings to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure CAPO leadership is informed of, and can plan and track milestones for, multiple RTX and business compliance system initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve procedures for compliance handling and data flow amongst and between the Raytheon core GT compliance tools and present those to leadership.
- Partner with the Global Trade Program Office and Global Strategic Alignment leadership to understand the broader landscape of Digital Technology tool and system changes affecting the AECS landscape, and to collaborate in change management initiatives.
- Engage and collaborate with leaders across Raytheon and Corporate RTX on key Global Trade and Digital Technology compliance system initiatives.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders, assisting when critical system and tool related objectives are identified.
- Must be able to support multiple time zones (Australia, Canada, UK), and attend all required project meetings and workshops.
- Up to 25%, foreign and domestic travel.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience
- Work experience in roles that require automating systems or tools to support compliance objectives
- Experience in the deployment and support of digital tools and systems in domestic and / or preferably in international environments
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in ITAR, EAR, export/import compliance tools (such as, export/import approval, licensing and jurisdictional classification software) or Raytheon automated trade compliance systems, including the Raytheon Global Export Management System, OCR Licensing and Commodity Classification, and SAP Global Trade System (SAP-GTS)
- Experience deploying and/or utilizing SAP-GTS & S/4Hana
- Proficiency with data analytics and reporting software such as Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, SAP Analytics and similar
- Training and qualifications in program/project management (e.g. PMI, PMP certification)
- Networking and software security experience and qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, specifically related to working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
- Effective communication/presentation critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Remote: This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).
The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
