Partnerships Manager

We’re hiring an experienced operator to help lead and scale a set of core initiatives - from partnerships with fintechs to the daily execution of our accelerator and thought leadership programs. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, with responsibilities spanning relationship management, logistics, and program delivery.

You’ll work closely with internal teams across project management, marketing, and events, as well as directly with external partners and our executive team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once, especially when visibility is high.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accelerator Operations: Manage the planning and execution of our accelerator program through confirming speakers, coordinating schedules, refining content, and supporting participating fintechs throughout their cohort experience
  • Partner Coordination: Support relationships with credit unions and partner fintechs through scheduling meetings, preparing materials, capturing feedback, and ensuring follow-up actions are clear and completed
  • Program Logistics: Oversee communications and timelines for partner-facing efforts, including webinars, email campaigns, and executive sessions
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across teams to ensure marketing, events, and content efforts are aligned with broader program goals
  • Market Awareness: Monitor fintech trends and identify emerging solutions or companies that align with our strategic focus areas

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, product management, program management, or a related function
  • Clear and professional communicator on calls, in meetings, and in writing
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a track record of follow-through
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Thoughtful and observant. You notice patterns, ask good questions, and surface opportunities others may miss

What This Role Offers

  • Exposure to a wide range of stakeholders across fintech and credit unions
  • The opportunity to lead meaningful programs with clear scope and visibility
  • A collaborative environment with clear priorities and support from leadership

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with credit union or fintech ecosystems
  • Experience developing presentations, speaker briefs, or program summaries
  • Comfort working across teams and translating strategy into execution
