340B Compliance Specialist

University Hospital | 340B Contract Pharmacy Administration

In collaboration with authorizing officials, hospital executives, pharmacy leadership, and the 340B team, the 340B compliance specialist provides support for all covered entities enrolled in the 340B program throughout The Ohio State University. This position also supports the various contract pharmacy arrangements and will perform routine audits of both hospital and retail pharmacy claims to evaluate overall compliance with federal guidelines. This position will serve as the subject matter expert for the third party split billing software and monitor utilization records to ensure compliance and optimization of the program. This position will also provide training and education to internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the compliance requirements outlined within internal policies and procedures are followed.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
