We are seeking an experienced Social Solutions Manager to join our growing team and drive the development of a groundbreaking social media offering in the North America market. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for social media and a proven track record of launching and managing paid campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, managing campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving client growth and retention. This role is ideal for someone eager to shape the future of social media marketing and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding and Development
  • Lead the onboarding process for new social media clients, educating them on our processes and strategies.
  • Develop tailored campaigns that set the foundation for long-term success, ensuring a seamless handoff to the Client Solutions Manager once campaigns are stabilized.
  • Collaborate with platform representatives (e.g., Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) to secure resources and expertise for client campaigns.
Campaign Management and Reporting
  • Launch, maintain, and optimize paid social campaigns to achieve client goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance metrics, proactively addressing any issues.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed campaign reports with insights, wins, and areas for improvement.
Client Growth and Retention
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities.
  • Build strong client relationships and proactively address their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with the Client Solutions Management team to ensure alignment and growth.
Team Support and Process Improvement
  • Support the Senior Client Solutions Managers with daily tasks and initiatives.
  • Lead internal training sessions on social media platforms, workflows, and best practices.
  • Identify and implement improvements in social media workflows to drive efficiency.
Industry Expertise and Knowledge Sharing
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, ad formats, and advancements in social media platforms.
  • Share updates and best practices with internal teams to enhance knowledge and expertise.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of third-party tools and their integration with social media campaigns.

  • All other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in paid social media management, with a strong focus on campaign strategy and optimization.
  • Experience in digital media agencies or tech publishers is a plus.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including media buying, bidding models, and optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel, with a strong ability to interpret metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.
Client-Focused Skills
  • Strong relationship-building abilities with a focus on understanding client needs and crafting tailored solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience presenting strategies and reports to clients.
Organizational Excellence
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Certifications
  • Social media certifications are a plus.

Ability to Travel 

  • Ability to travel at least 15% of the year for client and internal meetings, trainings, etc.
