Role
We’re looking for an energetic, creative self-starter with:
- 2-3 years of Social media or Digital marketing experience (internships count) – proven work managing social accounts and content.
- Hands-on content creation skills: Excellent copywriting and basic design/video editing abilities to produce engaging posts. Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop are required.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms, including knowledge of each platform’s best practices.
- Trend-savvy mindset: You should love discovering viral hashtags and pop-culture trends and know how to leverage them.
- Team player attitude: Strong communication and organization skills to coordinate with influencers and team members.
- Creative, fun personality: You enjoy working on entertainment-focused content (gaming, pop culture, etc.) and can bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
- Loyalty and growth mindset: We value reliability and a willingness to learn; this role is a chance to grow within our agency.
- Also good to have: Experience with video games and gamification techniques.
- Remote work capability: Disciplined enough to work from home and align your schedule with EU timezone hours.
- In short, you should have a passion for social media, creativity in your veins, and the professionalism to act as a brand ambassador online.
Responsibilities:
- Lead on day-to-day social media execution and content strategy which means the following:
- Manage and upload content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other major platforms, ensuring brand voice and creative style are consistent.
- Research trends and hashtags to keep our content timely and engaging.
- Plan and schedule posts during EU business hours to maximize reach.
- Coordinate influencer teams: Communicate with influencers, organize content collaborations, and track their contributions.
- Brainstorm creative campaign ideas to promote our clients’ entertainment and lifestyle projects (giveaways, video series, etc.).
- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, reporting on engagement and growth, and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Create thumbnails for Social media channels.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages in a timely, positive manner.
Nice to have Requirements:
- Experience in Community Building: Proven ability to grow and nurture online communities
- SEO Understanding: Knowledge of social media SEO practices to enhance visibility across platforms.
- Knowledge of Paid Social Media Campaigns: Understanding how to run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like X, TikTok, or Instagram.
