We’re looking for a Senior Growth & Real Estate Manager (m/f/d) to help drive our portfolio growth and lead high-impact strategic initiatives across our core markets

How you'll be hosting with heart:

Strategic Portfolio Growth: Identify, evaluate, and drive high-potential real estate opportunities, including portfolio acquisitions & buy-side transactions
M&A Investment Execution: Act as deal captain for small to mid-sized M&A opportunities—leading financial due diligence, financial modeling, and coordinating with cross-functional teams
Executive-Level Support: Partner closely with the Chief Growth Officer and other leadership to inform strategic decision-making and steering (i.e. OKRs)
Financial & Commercial Analysis: Build, refine, and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic planning, deal underwriting, and investment assessments
Tooling & Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable processes and tools that improve speed and accuracy in deal evaluation, underwriting, and reporting
Stakeholder Communication: Create clear, high-impact presentations, teasers, and investment briefs for internal leadership and external stakeholders
