We’re hiring an Account Executive to join our founding GTM team and drive growth across fast-moving eCommerce brands. You thrive in a high-activity environment, are energized by 6–8 week sales cycles, and love managing multiple deals at once. You're an outbound hunter with strong sales instincts and a passion for driving fast, consultative cycles that lead to repeatable wins.
You’re commercially sharp and eager to work with Solutions Engineers and Product to shape real-time automation use cases. You know how to build pipeline, move quickly, and deliver value to CX and Ops leaders looking to scale efficiently.
Exceed quarterly new ARR targets in a repeatable, high-volume motion
Own a territory of eCommerce and subscription brands within Kodif’s Velocity Segment
Run fast, consultative sales processes for deals in the $50K–$100K ACV range
Balance a healthy mix of inbound and outbound opportunities
Collaborate closely with BDRs, Marketing, and Solutions Engineers
Communicate Kodif’s automation value clearly to CX, Ops, and Digital stakeholders
Action-first AI: Not just chatbots—real automation across the customer journey
Trusted by top brands: Strong ICP fit and proven use cases
Rapid growth, early team: Help define our sales culture, playbook, and strategy
Tight-knit, mission-driven: Work with a high-ownership team that blends GTM and product thinking
2+ years of closing experience in SaaS, ideally in a mid-market role
Experience managing sales cycles in the $50K–$100K+ range
Strong outbound/hunting capability and pipeline ownership
Experience selling to eCommerce, B2C, or CX leaders preferred
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage startup
Background in AI, customer support, or CX tech is a plus—not a requirement
