Job description

As Customer and Partner Marketing Manager in a small but growing Marketing team, you’ll have three core responsibilities: 

  1. Customer lifecycle programs that increase product adoption, growth, and retention.
  2. Manage key partnerships and their deliverables.
  3. Plan and coordinate company conference and trade show participation.

You will work closely with and reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing.

This is an opportunity to get in early with a well-capitalized startup. 

About you

Ideally, you will have at least 3 years working for SaaS technology companies to increase user engagement and adoption. You’re not afraid to pick up the phone, or join a Zoom call with a customer with your camera on. You’ll have support with content, messaging, design and video, but you’ll need to be capable of doing it yourself as well.

Specifically, you’ll need to have demonstrated competency in:

  • Software user engagement programs
  • Marketing campaign planning and execution
  • Hubspot Marketing and CRM
  • Email marketing
  • Account management or partner management
  • Conference exhibition participation
  • Copywriting and editing
  • Project Management
  • Web content management (Webflow) and basic CSS & HTML

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer marketing programs to increase product adoption, growth, and retention.
    • Create and manage customer advocacy programs, including referrals, testimonials, and case studies.
    • Partner with content marketing to develop customer-focused content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, and social media campaigns.
    • Provide customer feedback to product management to inform product enhancements and development.
    • Engage community members in our Facebook group and other channels.
  • Manage key partner relationships and their deliverables.
    • Coordinate emails, webinars, events, and other commitments with partners.
    • Update website landing pages.
    • Write and edit copy and content for partners.
  • Manage all aspects of company conference/trade show participation, including logistics, materials, and booth setup.
    • Determine appropriate quantities of marketing materials and promotional items for each event.
    • Develop booth activations to drive attendee engagement.
    • Coordinate the shipment and timely delivery of booth materials.
    • Liaise with event organizers and vendors to confirm logistics, deadlines, and requirements.
    • Work with assigned staff to ensure a professional and engaging presence.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to align ‌priorities and processes.
  • Contribute across the company as needed, sharing knowledge and skills.
  • Some travel will be expected (less than 10%)

The expected salary range for this position is $80k - $90k
