Channel Impact is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to to drive partner-led marketing programs within the Public Sector. In this role, you will work with the Global Partner Marketing team to create and execute impactful partner marketing strategies in collaboration with our key partners within the Public Sector (FED/SLED/Healthcare). The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the public sector landscape, partner ecosystems, and marketing best practices within these verticals.


This is a full-time salaried position with benefits, for a remote worker within the U.S. located in Northern Virginia.


What You Will Do:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive partner marketing plans for Federal, SLED, and Healthcare verticals, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and regional sales support.
  • Partner Collaboration: Build and manage relationships with key partners in the public sector, working collaboratively to develop joint GTM strategies and co-branded campaigns that drive mutual success.
  • Campaign Development: Lead the creation of partner-led and partner-supported marketing campaigns tailored to the unique needs of the FED/SLED and Healthcare sectors, focusing on lead generation, demand creation, and awareness.
  • Event Execution: Plan and manage joint participation in public sector conferences, tradeshows, webinars, and other events that are critical for engaging Federal, SLED, and Healthcare decision makers.
  • Public Sector Enablement: Develop enablement resources, such as whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, and sales tools that support partners.
  • MDF and Budget Management: Oversee MDF and partner marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources, ROI-driven initiatives, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Compliance and Messaging: Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to the public sector regulations and compliance requirements, with messaging aligned to the unique challenges and regulations of the public sector, including FEDRAMP, HIPAA, and state-level mandates.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and analyze the success of partner marketing initiatives using KPIs such as lead generation, pipeline contribution, partner engagement, and ROI. Provide regular reports and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, field marketing, and public sector sales teams, and corporate marketing to ensure alignment of strategies, messaging, and goals.


What You Bring:

  • 7+ years in partner marketing or channel marketing with a strong focus on public sector verticals (FED/SLED/Healthcare).
  • Demonstrated experience working with and managing relationships with public sector partners.
  • Extensive experience in partner ecosystems, co-marketing strategies, planning, budgeting, pipeline generation, and business/marketing metrics and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes, regulations, and compliance (e.g. FedRAMP, HIPAA, State contracts, GSA Schedules).
  • Demonstrated success in creating robust, integrated partner demand generation campaigns.
  • Clear understanding of funnel metrics, ROI, targets and analysis, and the ability to affect results across multiple functions.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
  • Flexible and adaptive to rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well across teams, sales, partners, vendors.
  • Ability to go into McLean, VA office at least once a week (Required).
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required for partner meetings, events, and conferences (up to 30%).
  • B.S. or B.A. required.
