We offer a variety of unique and innovative products, including paint by numbers, diamond painting, punch needle, pottery kits, and other craft kits. Our products are sold through seven Figured'Art Shopify websites and on major online marketplaces like Amazon, BOL, Cdiscount, Cultura etc. We also maintain a strong B2B presence with over 2,000 retailers in Europe and the USA. Our B2C orders are fulfilled either from our 5 local distribution centers or directly from China by our suppliers through dropshipping.

Role Overview:

As an E-commerce Specialist at Figured'Art, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our product listings across Shopify and various marketplaces. This position requires meticulous attention to detail in handling product imports, pricing updates, and promotions. Additionally, you will be responsible for the strategic management of inventory, including production planning based on sales forecasts and efficient stock transfer between warehouses to ensure availability across all regions. Your work will directly impact our operational efficiency and ability to meet customer demand effectively.

  • Product Database Management: Oversee the import, update, and maintenance of product listings on Shopify and other online marketplaces. Utilize tools like ChatGPT to streamline workflows, accelerate content creation, and ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms. Employ automated template files to facilitate the creation of new products efficiently.

  • Production Planning: Prepare production reorders for suppliers in China by analyzing sales data, inventory levels, and incoming shipments across Europe and the USA to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or excess inventory.

  • Inventory and Warehouse Management: Oversee the reception of bulk containers and manage stock transfers among our primary and secondary warehouses in France, Spain, Germany, the UK, and the USA. Ensure that product listings in our 3PL warehousing system are fully integrated with Shopify inventory to maintain accurate stock levels across all locations.

  • Marketplace Management and Expansion: Manage and optimize product listings on existing platforms like Amazon, Cdiscount, and Cultura to maximize sales and enhance market presence. Help launching additional marketplaces and sales channels to expand our reach through integrators such as Mirak or Channable.

  • Collaboration with Teams: Coordinate with internal teams to acquire necessary translations and content for accurate product setups on Shopify and other marketplaces. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure successful launches, and to strategize and execute marketing promotions, clearance sales, and other initiatives.

  • Operational Analysis and Optimization: Monitor operational metrics across all e-commerce platforms and initiate improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in E-commerce, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, especially managing large item databases on Shopify and other online marketplaces.

  • Profound knowledge and hands-on experience managing the Shopify product database are mandatory.

  • Expertise in using marketplace integrators to connect and synchronize product listings across various platforms, enhancing operational efficiency and reach.

  • Expert proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including a comprehensive mastery of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools. Must be capable of using these skills to make informed, data-driven decisions.

  • Fluent in English; strong communication skills required for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills to analyze data effectively and make strategic operational decisions.

  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines.

  • Proven ability to strategically plan production by analyzing sales data, inventory levels, and incoming shipments to ensure optimal stock levels.

  • Proficient in managing time and setting priorities with minimal oversight.

  • Experience coordinating with remote teams across multiple countries, ensuring smooth collaboration and execution of projects.
