About the Position 

We’re seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Marketing Manager to own both partner marketing and customer marketing. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success to drive pipeline, retention, and expansion through strategic and scalable programs. This role is ideal for a marketing athlete who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. 

Partner Marketing 

  • Build and execute joint marketing plans with key channel and tech partners 
  • Create co-branded content (solution briefs, webinars, landing pages) that supports demand gen and awareness 
  • Enable partners with campaigns-in-a-box and sales enablement materials 
  • Drive partner program adoption and track ROI of partner-sourced pipeline 
  • Collaborate with partner managers and sales to align on quarterly goals 

Customer Marketing 

  • Build and manage a customer reference and advocacy program 
  • Design and launch customer lifecycle campaigns to drive adoption, engagement, and expansion 
  • Develop case studies, testimonials, and success stories 
  • Partner with Customer Success on retention and NPS initiatives 
  • Own customer communications (newsletters, product updates, webinar invites) 
 
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications  
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with direct ownership of partner and/or customer programs 
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred  
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority 
  • Experience in SaaS or tech preferred, especially in a high-growth or PE-backed environment 
  • Excellent content creation and campaign execution skills 
  • Strong project management and data-driven mindset 

 

The pay range for this position is between $100,000-130,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
