Responsibilities

Gather & Document Requirements: Engage with stakeholders, lead workshops, and create detailed user stories, business cases, and project documentation
Process & Data Analysis: Review end-to-end business processes, conduct gap analyses, and leverage data to drive strategic decision-making
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with customers, internal teams, and leadership to align on project objectives and priorities
Technology & Innovation Support: Assist in designing, developing, and improving technology solutions while ensuring an exceptional user experience
Project & Agile Delivery: Support multiple projects simultaneously, participate in Scrum activities, and provide effort estimates for sprint planning
Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks, dependencies, and challenges, ensuring clear communication and structured resolution strategies

Qualifications
