Job description

We are a third-party logistics company with multiple locations in the US. We specialize in E-commerce warehousing and order fulfillment. We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy and detail-oriented candidate to your team. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce or logistics, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: EST 9-5pm

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, document workflows, and support software projects.
Translate business needs into clear documentation and user stories for software vendors.
Utilize Excel and Power BI to analyze performance, create dashboards, and track KPIs.
Work with PostgreSQL databases to extract, clean, and analyze data.
Track software project progress, coordinate with vendors, and resolve implementation issues.
Support system enhancements, process improvements, and API integrations.
Maintain clear documentation and ensure follow-through on assigned tasks.
Proactively identify project risks and propose creative, data-driven solutions.

Requirements

3+ years experience in IT or BI, highly preferred in e-commerce or logistics.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Understanding of E-commerce and basic accounting.
Like to learn new things and creative thinker.

Soft Skills

Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and order processing.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Computer Skills

Microsoft Office including advanced Excel.
PowerBI and other BI tools.
SQL queries including Postgres and Python.
Familiar with E-commerce and CRM systems.
Capable in Project Management tools such as Jira, Trello, Slack.
